I provide evidence-based psychotherapy and hypnotherapy services to individual children/teens and adults 10+, couples, and families who are motivated to improve their lives. Oftentimes people seek my services when daily life becomes difficult to manage due to relational conflicts, overwhelming anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and ongoing trauma. I would like to also attract self pay clients who do not need to be limited by only using their health insurance to use services.
